Scope of application:
These GTC apply to the use of the thunersee-meetings-and-more.ch website and to the forwarding of enquiries to partner companies (hotels, event locations, service providers). By using the website, visitors agree to these terms and conditions.

1 Purpose of the platform

  • The platform is used exclusively for forwarding enquiries about events, hotels and locations in the Lake Thun region.
  • No costs are incurred by the user through the use of the website or through the forwarding of enquiries.
  • Bookings, payments and cancellations are made directly with the respective partner company.

  • Participants are responsible for their own personal details.

4 Use of the website

  • Users undertake not to use the platform for false information, spam or abusive enquiries.
  • Thun-Lake Thun Tourism reserves the right to delete enquiries or block users in the event of misuse.

  • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Thun-Lake Thun Tourism, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
